# Macros

> How to setup & use Macros

Macros are a important for maximizing efficency for Human Agents but it will also be taken to train the AI to mimmick your Brand of Voice

## Quick Setup

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to Inbox">
    Go to your [Inbox](https://armin.cx/app/_/inbox) and click on any random Ticket
  </Step>

  <Step title="How to create">
    Then click on the "Macro" Button on the bottom of the Reply-Box

  <Step title="Your first Macro">
    Next you can click the "+" Icon to create your first Macro.

    1. Give it a Name
    2. Enter the content & use "@" to see the available Variables you can use in your Macros
